“Working with Ella was an absolute pleasure.
She managed all of our social media for The NICI Group with incredible creativity and professionalism. From day one, Ella felt like an extension of our in-house team - always responsive, full of fresh ideas, and genuinely invested in helping us build and grow our social presence. Her support was instrumental in setting up our social channels and ensuring everything ran smoothly.
We couldn’t have asked for a better partner, and we’re so grateful for everything she brought to the table.”

In May 2022, Sociabella Media began managing the social media channels for The Nici, a luxury hotel and hospitality brand, during their multi-million-pound refurbishment and launch.
From brand-new suites and rooms to the opening of the outdoor pool, luxury spa, and most recently Old Harry Rocks restaurant, we crafted a comprehensive social media strategy to highlight every exciting development.
Our approach combined behind-the-scenes storytelling, showcasing the local area, and curating content that positioned The Nici as the premier destination on the South Coast. Through engaging posts, on-trend reels, and strategic campaigns, we helped amplify the brand’s relaunch and connect with both new and returning guests.

Launching in June 2024, Sociabella Media managed the social media launch of Old Harry Rocks, the new clifftop restaurant at The Nici. Our goal was to create local excitement and establish a strong presence from day one.
We built momentum leading into the winter with the launch of the Alps-inspired Alpine Bar, while maintaining a distinctive brand identity that complemented the existing South Beach restaurant inside The Nici.
With a laid-back, casual tone of voice and content highlighting its all-day dining experience, Old Harry Rocks was positioned as the perfect spot for friends and family to enjoy meals together, blending a relaxed atmosphere with striking clifftop views.

Avington Estate

From May 2024 to May 2025, Sociabella Media managed the social media channels for Avington, a historic estate evolving from a traditional wedding venue into a premium leisure destination. The repositioning introduced beautifully appointed properties, elegant event spaces, and a diverse range of guest experiences.
Our social strategy supported this transition by shifting the narrative towards storytelling that showcased the estate’s accommodation, experiences, and event offerings. We focused on building aspiration around the lifestyle Avington offers, while introducing the brand to a broader leisure-led audience.
To support awareness and engagement, we also developed strategic partnerships and competitions with iconic Hampshire destinations including Bombay Sapphire Distillery and Jane Austen’s House, positioning Avington as part of a wider “hidden gem” network in Hampshire.

From May 2024 to May 2025, Sociabella Media managed the social media channels for The Chestnut Horse, a countryside pub focused on seasonal produce, dining and community hub.
Our strategy was designed to tap into the established Avington audience while building a strong local following. We positioned the pub as a welcoming, food-led destination through consistent storytelling around new menus, signature dishes, and day-to-day pub life.
Content was supported by collaborations with influencers and local business competitions to amplify reach and strengthen authenticity within the community. Alongside this, we highlighted events and “what’s on” activity to reinforce The Chestnut Horse as a central hub for locals and visitors alike.
